Lindsay has been in the event planning industry for many years. Lindsay’s events are exclusively branded with exquisite attention to every detail. She has working knowledge of, and a professional relationship with many of St. Augustine’s top vendors which guarantees you, the best team for your wedding. Lindsay really knows how to stick to a budget without compromising the overall look of your special occasion. Lindsay is a true natural in this business. Clients are drawn to her calming demeanor and her attention to detail.
Michelle is a Flagler Alumni, and been in St Augustine, FL since 2010. She has worked in the service industry her entire life and after college, she knew she wanted to be an event coordinator of some sort. With St. Augustine being one of the top destination wedding locations, it wasn’t shortly after she graduated, that everything fell into place.
Michelle has been in the wedding industry and with Coastal Celebrations for over 9 years. Working along side Lindsay, she too has gained a knowledge for weddings at some of the most popular wedding venues in St. Augustine and has also created multiple working relationships with some of the highly recommended wedding vendors here in NE Florida. She loves working with clients to bring the wedding vision come to life.
Lucy has worked with Coastal Celebrations for 5 years. She graduated Suma Cum Laude from Flagler College with a degree in Deaf Education. However, she inevitably fell in love with the wedding industry and decided to pursue wedding planning after finishing her degree. Lucy was born and raised in St. Augustine and loves pulling together beautiful weddings in her hometown. She is organized, hard working, and loves problem solving, which are skills she brings to every wedding.
Her favorite part of wedding planning is the first meeting when you get to hear all of the couple’s ideas and help them pull all of their ideas together to create the perfect day. She loves getting to meet her couples in person and help them visualize everything.
When Lucy is not planning weddings, she is soaking up the sun with a book on the beach (and of course a coffee in hand) or doing a DIY project!
Emma was born and raised in Minnesota. She came to St. Augustine where she graduated from Flagler College with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. While in college, she fell in love with the historic charm of St. Augustine. Being in the service industry her whole life, she soon found her calling in the wedding & events industry.
Emma takes pride in the opportunity to be a part of a couple’s special day. She takes on any and every role with positivity and enthusiasm. She will be there every step of the way, keeping you on track to execute the event of your dreams.
When Emma is not planning your wedding, she is either out on the boat catching fish with her husband, at the studio doing hot pilates or on the couch with her pups, linus and mona, watching her favorite Gordon Ramsey show with a glass of wine!
Lauren has been working in the wedding industry since 2014. She graduated college from Kent State University in 2018 with a major in Hospitality Management and a minor in Event Planning. She is currently Coastal Celebration’s office manager, as the face behind the emails! She loves working with and gtting to know most of the couples that choose to work with our team for their big day.
When she is not she isn’t working, you can find her out on the boat, or hanging out with her golden retriever, Marvin!
Isabella loves being a wedding planner because it’s a time of celebration where she gets to see two families come together in love and joy, and to watch them join as one leading up to the special day that binds them together is truly a special moment. Feeling that love in the room brings such a warm feeling that never gets old. Each wedding is so unique, they’re like a puzzle. It’s so rewarding for her to be able to watch the pieces of a beautiful day come together after all the hard work and she’s more than honored to be a part of that. When Bella is not planning weddings, you can find her beachside searching for shark teeth or out on the boat catching fish!
Helen realized after spending most of her life in the service industry, that her passion lay in the organization and execution of someone’s magical day! Her favorite thing about wedding planning is making them as unique as her couples. She considers herself fortunate to assist so many lovely, diverse couples during such an important part of their life. Helen will be your friend, advocate, wedding fairy, dress fluffer, and everything in between! Her must-have ingredient for the perfect event is live entertainment! Nothing creates the environment and mood better than the entertainment! When Helen is not working, you can find her bicycling through beautiful downtown St. Augustine, gearing up to bake some delicious homemade desserts, or watching reality shows on Netflix!
Ashley is originally from Atlanta, GA but considers herself a St. Augustine native after nearly 15 years living here locally with her family. She studied to attend veterinary school and obtained her bachelors of science in biology with a minor in chemistry. While life had other plans than vet school for her, she remains passionate about animals today.
Ashley found her love for event planning and weddings through a variety of jobs, including working for a local florist and catering small events. She has even planned and hosted a wedding at her home! She approaches her events with a predominating sense of hospitality and attention to detail. She understands the day is about the couple and the family and friends present to celebrate the memorable day.
Ashley brings to her events a vast knowledge of the planning process with a passion for design. She strives to build a relationship with each of her couples and works to exceed expectations for their special day.
When she is not planning, Ashley can be found spending time with her family, walking her dogs at the beach, tending her garden, or curled up with a good book.
