Lindsay has been in the event planning industry for almost 17 years. Her events are exclusively branded with exquisite attention to every detail. She has a working knowledge of, and a professional relationship with many of St. Augustine’s top vendors which guarantees you, the best team for your wedding. Lindsay really knows how to stick to a budget without compromising the overall look of your special occasion. She is a true natural in the industry. Clients are drawn to her calming demeanor and her attention to detail.
When Lindsay is not planning weddings, she’s most likely on the boat with her two beautiful daughters and husband!
Michelle
Michelle is a Flagler College Alumni, and has been in St Augustine, FL for over 11 years. Having always been the planner of the friend groups and hosting or organizing events throughout college, she knew she wanted to be an event coordinator of some type. With St. Augustine being one of the top destination wedding locations, it wasn’t shortly after she graduated from Flagler, she met Lindsay and found herself in the wedding world.
Michelle has worked with Coastal Celebrations for over 7 years. While working alongside Lindsay, she has gained a lot of knowledge for weddings at some of the most popular wedding venues in the oldest city and has created multiple working relationships with some of the most highly recommended wedding vendors here in NE Florida.
She loves working closely with her clients to ensure a working, but personal relationship to help bring their wedding vision to life.
When Michelle is not in the office planning her clients weddings, you can most likely find her in the gym training hard for NPC Bikini Fitness Competitions, or enjoying a nice spa pedicure!
Lucy
Lucy has worked with Coastal Celebrations for 5 years. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Flagler College with a degree in Deaf Education. However, she inevitably fell in love with the wedding industry and decided to pursue wedding planning after finishing her degree. Lucy was born and raised in St. Augustine and loves pulling together beautiful weddings in her hometown. She is organized, hard working, and loves problem solving, which are skills she brings to every wedding.
Her favorite part of wedding planning is the first meeting when you get to hear all of the couple’s ideas and help them pull all of their ideas together to create the perfect day. She loves getting to meet her couples in person and help them visualize everything.
When Lucy is not planning weddings, she is soaking up the sun with a book on the beach (and of course a coffee in hand) or doing a DIY project!
Emma
Emma was born and raised in Minnesota. She came to St. Augustine where she graduated from Flagler College with a degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management. While in college, she fell in love with the historic charm of St. Augustine. Being in the service industry her whole life, she soon found her calling in the wedding & events industry.
Emma takes pride in the opportunity to be a part of a couple’s special day. She takes on any and every role with positivity and enthusiasm. She will be there every step of the way, keeping you on track to execute the event of your dreams.
When Emma is not planning your wedding, she is either out on the boat catching fish with her husband, at the studio doing hot pilates or on the couch with her pups, linus and mona, watching her favorite Gordon Ramsey show with a glass of wine!
Isabella
Isabella is originally from Maryland and found herself making St. Augustine her new home after graduating from Flagler College with a degree in Criminology. She fell in love with the upbeat pace and romance of the town that led her to becoming a wedding planner with Coastal Celebrations. Her hospitality background has laid the foundation of a hard-working, determined and organized leader to execute your special day!
For Isabella, it’s a time of celebration where she gets to see two families come together in love and joy, and to watch them join as one leading up to that one day that binds them together is truly a special moment for her. Feeling that love in the air brings such a warm feeling that never gets old to her.
Each wedding is so unique, they’re like a puzzle. It’s so rewarding for her to be able to watch the pieces of a beautiful day come together after all the hard work and she’s more than honored to be right by your side each step of the way. When Bella is not planning your wedding, you can find her beachside searching for shark teeth or in the kitchen whipping up tasty cuisine!
Helen
Helen was born in Fairfax, Virginia and moved to Florida in 2002. After working 13 years in hospitality, Helen realized her passion lay in the organization and execution of someone's magical day!
Since 2022, Helen has worked with amazing individuals and couples planning weddings and social events. She has had the opportunity to fulfill the vision of memorable moments in breathtaking venues in the nation's oldest city.
Her niche is finding what makes each client special both as an individual and as a unit to create a perfectly tailored image of their collective styles and personalities.
Helen will be your friend, advocate, wedding fairy, dress fluffer, and everything in between! Her must-have ingredient for the perfect event is live entertainment! When the season of event planning and weddings slows, you could find Helen enjoying live music with friends, gearing up to bake some delicious homemade desserts, or watching reality shows on Netflix!
Ashley
Ashley is originally from Atlanta, GA but considers herself a St. Augustine native after nearly 15 years living here locally with her family. She studied to attend veterinary school and obtained her bachelors of science in biology with a minor in chemistry. While life had other plans than vet school for her, she remains passionate about animals today.
Ashley brings to her events a vast knowledge of the planning process with a passion for design. She approaches her events with a predominating sense of hospitality and attention to detail. She understands the day is about the couple and the family and friends present to celebrate the memorable day. She strives to build a relationship with each of her couples and works to exceed expectations for their special day.
When she is not planning, Ashley can be found spending time with her family, walking her dogs at the beach, tending her garden, or curled up with a good book.
Lexie
Lexie grew up in St. Augustine and loves living in the beach town. She went to UCF and graduated with a degree in Event Management. While earning her degree, she worked at Coastal Celebrations for 2 years. Following her graduation she left the event industry but it didn’t take her long to realize that she missed it too much and couldn’t stay away.
Since she came back, she has assisted and grew into a lead planner where she belongs. She loves to help curate amazing weddings and events for every client. She is very organized, passionate, and outgoing, which she brings to every event!
Having the opportunity to plan weddings in her hometown brings her so much excitement. Her favorite part of wedding planning is getting to help the couple's ideas come to life and create the wedding of their dreams.
When Lexie is not planning weddings, you can find her at the beach, playing with her Golden Retriever Maui, or enjoying a book!
Lauren
Lauren has been working in the wedding industry since 2014. She graduated college from Kent State University in 2018 with a major in Hospitality Management and a minor in Event Planning.
She is currently Coastal Celebration’s office manager, as the face behind the emails! She loves working with and getting to know most of the couples that choose to work with our team for their big day.
When she is not she isn’t working, you can find her out on the boat with her husband, daughter and dog, Marvin!
